Medical Social Worker
Our Social Workers conduct assessments of social and emotional factors related to the patient’s injury or illness, provide counseling based on the assessment, and assist with community resources. They are an invaluable resource in helping the patient and family cope with the stresses of an injury, illness or major life change, and offer guidance for how to cope with a variety of psychosocial issues.
