Under the direction of a physician, our nurses will conduct a patient and environment assessment, and coordinate your care planning with all team members. They will provide treatment and educate patients and their caregivers on the disease or injury process, treatment plan, medications, diet and wound care. They also consult with your physician on a regular basis, and provide updates on your progress.
